CREW SF thrives because of what our members accomplish together. We collaborate to achieve our goals, working through a team structure that is the backbone of CREW SF. Each team oversees a number of committees where members deliver the excellent programming, publications, member services, and special projects that benefit CREW SF members and influence the industry.
Being part of a committee is one of the best ways to build your network, strengthen your leadership abilities, and create the future you want for the organization and your career.
The Community Affairs Team (“CAT”) supports the goals of CREW-San Francisco through charitable and educational endeavors. The committee’s responsibilities include coordination and fundraising for community service and community outreach programs throughout the year.
The Communications Team’s mission is to articulate the value and benefits of CREW SF to our existing and potential membership base through media channels, the Communiqué and the View, the CREW SF website and to convey CREW SF's message to its membership, the real estate community, and business community at large by establishing relationships with media.
The Programs Team produces the events that are the backbone of our organization. The events are a forum for education, networking, and provide a vehicle for leadership development.
The Sponsorship Team is responsible for the fiscal health of our organization and is actively involved in getting sponsors.
The Membership Team's goals and strategies are to recruit new members, work with existing members on member services, retention and member satisfaction. They are the conduit through which all new members are processed.
